The Great Waterset Holiday Glow-Up was a first-of-its-kind holiday decorating contest designed to foster community engagement, increase resident participation, and enhance the festive spirit within Waterset, a thriving, master-planned community in Tampa, Florida. As the sole creator of this initiative, I led the entire process—from concept to execution—developing a fully integrated marketing campaign and visual identity that transformed a simple idea into a dynamic, interactive community experience.
