Fingerhut Perks
I led the branding and launch of Fingerhut Perks, a new rewards program designed to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. My role encompassed every aspect of the brand’s development, from logo design and brand identity to the creation of a full suite of marketing assets and a seamless UI experience.
Scope of Work
Brand Identity & Logo Design – Developed a visual identity that communicated value, exclusivity, and ease of use.
Teaser & Launch Campaigns – Designed compelling pre-launch teaser assets and a bold, engaging launch campaign to generate excitement.
Comprehensive Rewards Program UI – Designed an intuitive, structured hierarchy that included custom icons, real-time notifications, dynamic messaging, and clear, action-driven CTAs to guide users through the program experience.
Site Experience & Supporting Assets – Created on-site assets that integrated seamlessly with the Fingerhut platform, ensuring a frictionless user journey.
Digital & Email Marketing – Designed a full suite of digital and email campaign materials to educate and encourage participation.
Results & Impact
The Fingerhut Perks launch was a success, leading to a 24% increase in add-to-cart actions and an 11.2% lift in conversions among customers who engaged with the program. By combining strategic branding with a clear, user-friendly experience, the program not only increased customer participation but also reinforced brand loyalty and long-term engagement.
