Fingerhut New Customer Catalog

This direct-mail catalog update was a comprehensive redesign and reorganization of the initial pages of Fingerhut’s new customer catalogs. The primary goal was to create a more intuitive experience communicating the steps for claiming the customer’s pre-approved credit offer. By simplifying key messaging and enhancing the visual hierarchy, the refreshed design aimed to educate customers on the benefits of building credit while making the process feel approachable and easy to navigate.

Results: 10.74% improvement in response rates compared to the previous design, demonstrating its effectiveness in driving customer engagement and conversions.
